This Seminar is open to Instructors, Instructors Assistants, Coaches, and Officials who would like to learn more about USA Karate Referee rules and regulations.

 

For this seminar, you have two options:

​

a) Take the seminar for learning and informational purposes ($50 fee).

 

b) Take the seminar to receive or upgrade your USA Karate License.

The minimum age requirement for this certification course is 14 years of age (open to14 year olds and up). For this option, the fee will be $50 plus the following documents will be required:

 

1) Proof of membership of USA Karate (as an official), a copy of receipt received upon registration as a member of USA Karate (annual membership for regional officials is $25 and National officials is $75)

 

2) Copy of completion of all stages of Safe Sport certification HERE

 

3) Copy of clearance of NCIS background screening, for all 18 years old and up HERE

 

4) Copy of online written exam results, for both kata and kumite (a score 80% or above is required for certification) HERE
